**Job Description**:
Our CADEL Division in Langley, British Columbia is currently looking for a **_Sales Representative _**to join their winning Team in the BC Region
If you are a determined, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual, we want you to join our CADEL Distribution Centre grow in this exciting role Under the direction of the General Manager, you will take ownership of growing our sales market share by promoting our entire line of CADEL parts, programs, and marketing strategies within BC territory.
You are the image, face and voice of CADEL for our external clients. As such, you will be accountable for building and maintaining quality business relationships with our existing and new customers by implementing national and regional level sales development initiatives and promoting CADEL products and programs. You will contribute in keeping us abreast of customer behavior, competitive threats and market trends. You will actively participate in the development and refinement of sales development initiatives at the regional level. Calling on manufactureres and diesel shops, you will implement sales development plans, support regional strategies, objectives, and deployment of marketing programs and promotions. You will work with Management and the Branch Manager to develop sales plans for growing business with existing and new customers in your assigned territory. You will assist our wholesale customers leverage our first class programs to help them be more successful.
**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:
- College degree, with a major in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience in the heavy vehicle parts industry,as well asdiesel fuel injection, and at least 3 years of sales experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and planning skills
- Autonomy and strong computer skills
- Available for regular travel;
