On-site Carpenter

We specialize in carrying on the English tradition of handmade furniture style cabinetry. Our team of skilled craftsmen work within our Newmarket workshop to create custom woodworking projects in which are all unique to one another. **Bloomsbury Fine Cabinetry is currently searching for an individual with 2 or more years experience in the woodworking industry. We are hiring for the position of a full time Onsite Carpenter/Cabinetry Installer.**

We are searching for individuals who are able to problem solve effectively and have strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Final Assembly**: install drawers, doors, hardware, and glass onto cabinetry
- **Delivery**: must be comfortable and able to lift, move, and load cabinetry off and on site.
- **Installation**: read and understand plans, level and install cabinetry, cut and install crown, fine adjustments to client satisfaction.
- **Service Calls**:touch-ups, adjustments, realignment of drawers and more.
- **Communication Skills**:must be able to address and assist clients, designers, and contractors effectively.

**Salary**: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

- carpentry/install: 2 years (preferred)
