Framer/carpenter

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct and install wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Perform concrete finishing as required for foundations or other structures.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and drywall installers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials as needed throughout the framing process.
- Restore or repair existing structures when necessary to maintain quality standards.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in framing or carpentry is essential.
- Familiarity with drywall installation techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is required.
- Experience with welding is a nice-to-have skill but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
