**Job Summary**
Transco is hiring experienced and safety-minded **AZ Team Owner-Operators** for our **BC dedicated lane**. This position is ideal for teams with **verified winter mountain driving experience** and familiarity with **Northern Ontario routes**. Drivers must be **able to drive all shifts**, ensuring flexibility and reliability in meeting delivery schedules.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver assigned trailers safely to transport freight to designated locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery records.
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
- Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of service.

**Requirements**:

- **2023 or newer truck**:

- Valid **AZ License**:

- Minimum **3 years of safe driving experience**:

- **Verified winter mountain and Northern Ontario driving experience**:

- Clean **Driver’s Abstract** and **CVOR**:

- Strong knowledge of freight handling and safety procedures
- Safety-minded with excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to drive **all shifts**
