**Description**:
We are seeking experienced AZ drivers and owner-operators with highway experience to work on flatbeds, including Rolltite, quads, and open flatbeds.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must have experience in flatbed trucking.
- **Priority is given to drivers who can operate manual trucks.**

**Position Details**:

- Hiring company drivers for single USA runs.
- 100% Flatbed/Rolltite loads.
- All equipment is from the model year range 2016-2025.
- Disability insurance provides 24/7 coverage while on the road.
- Dedicated automatic Volvo/Kenworth trucks available.
- We operate dedicated lanes with major steel and lumber companies in North America.

**Company Information**:

- Operating for 12 years.
- In-house equipment maintenance.
- Yards located in Bolton.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking to hire professional, hard-working, experienced AZ drivers for permanent, full-time roles in USA runs.

**Must Have**:

- A minimum of 3 years of verifiable AZ driving experience.
- Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract.
- Clean criminal record and PSP.
- Commitment to safety and professional conduct.
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment and random drug testing.
- No tickets or claims on record.

**Compensation**:

- Pay: $0.70 per mile + GST.
- Owner-operators are compensated on a percentage basis.
