Mistplay recently announced its new executive team, including its new Chief People Officer - Malvika Jethmalani. Thanks to our exponential growth, we are looking to double or even triple our headcount, and to prepare the organization for its next phase of growth, we are investing in and growing our People team. To that end, we are seeking a
**Total Rewards & HR Analyst** based in
**Canada** (ideally Montreal). Travel to our Montreal office will be required an average of 2-3 days per month.
- Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Total Rewards and HR Analyst will support the design and administration of the company’s global Compensation & Benefit programs across all countries and regions. You will work closely with other members of the People team to advise the organization on the design of compelling and competitive total rewards packages for our most important asset: our people In addition, you will analyze and draw insights out of our HR data to help inform decision-making around our people investments. You will provide superior customer service, act as a front-line representative to our team members, and coordinate a variety of total rewards initiatives. Importantly, you will be at the center of shaping our future compensation and benefits practices and will have an immediate impact on the engagement of our team members and our go-forward talent strategy.
