We’re looking for a **fitness-minded, sales-driven Membership Sales Associate** who thrives in a fast-paced, boutique fitness environment and is excited to help clients transform their lives.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Sales & Membership Growth**
- Make **50+ outbound calls daily** to connect with leads, re-engage former prospects, and drive new memberships
- Conduct high-energy **studio tours and intro stretch consultations** that excite, educate, and convert
- Close sales confidently—**selling both memberships and stretch packages** with a focus on value, not just price
- Overcome objections with empathy and insight, helping prospects see StretchLab as essential to their wellness goals
- Upsell retail products and performance-boosting services that align with client needs

**Client Experience & Front Desk Operations**
- Deliver a **polished, personal, and professional experience** to every guest from check-in to check-out
- Manage scheduling, incoming calls, and appointment confirmations with efficiency and warmth
- Support daily studio operations and ensure a clean, organized, and guest-ready front desk environment
- Collaborate closely with Flexologists and the Studio Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day flow
- Use **ClubReady (or similar CRM)** to manage leads, track touchpoints, and document follow-ups

**Marketing & Community Engagement**
- Support **local outreach efforts, wellness events, and brand activations** to drive studio awareness and foot traffic
- Be a **visible and vocal brand ambassador** for StretchLab in the community

**Who You Are**
- You have **sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based industries** (e.g., gym memberships, personal training, spa packages, chiropractic services)
- You **thrive on the phone**—confident making outbound calls, booking appointments, and closing sales
- You’re **passionate about wellness** and believe in the power of movement to change lives
- You’re **goal-oriented** and take pride in exceeding KPIs (calls, conversions, memberships)
- You’re **emotionally intelligent**, adaptable, and know how to build instant rapport
- You’re organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using CRM tools like **ClubReady**:

- You’re a strong team player with reliable availability during the following schedule:
**Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM**
**Occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM**
