Membership Sales Specialist at a Private Members

We are looking for a Membership Sales Specialist to join our growing team who will ultimately be responsible for all functions associated with new member acquisition for The Vancouver Club.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently manage administrative duties, including the accurate maintenance of schedules, ensuring smooth and organized operations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales teams to drive and implement membership initiatives, contributing to growth and retention strategies.
- Conduct promotional activities, proactively seeking opportunities to enrich the member experience and achieve departmental targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all club members, fostering and maintaining positive relationships to enhance member satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a genuine understanding of members needs to develop personalized outreach and engagement strategies, enhancing member loyalty and promoting a sense of community within the Club.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma, or should have relevant experience in the sales sector or in a role involving direct interaction with customers in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with other administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and a problem solving attitude.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- An outgoing personality and the drive to exceed sales targets and goals.
- Proven ability to excel in a customer facing role, demonstrating the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
