Our team is currently looking for a priority management expert who can act quickly and thoroughly If you also consider yourself to be a client service “Ace”, we have the position for you **_ Your role_** Reporting to the Director, Project Management, the Project Management Support Agent works along with the Project Management team in processing translation requests and ensures an effective communication link between clients and the translation team. **_ Here’s how you’ll contribute to our organization’s success_** - Managing language questions. - Ensuring Request Management System data accuracy: client contracts, quotes and specifications; - Formatting translated documents; - Delivering final products to clients within deadlines; - All other related tasks. **_ Are you the person we're looking for?_** - You have training in office administration or a relevant field; - You have demonstrated experience in a client service role; - You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Acrobat (full version), translation request management software (an asset); - You are comfortable juggling emergencies, and you are adaptable in a fast-paced work environment; - You are known for your excellent client service and diplomacy; - You are a resourceful, thorough person, and you work with great attention to detail; - You are bilingual in English and French (both spoken and written); - If you have ever worked in a translation firm and have knowledge of SDL Studio’s translation memory, that’s even better **_ Why join our team?_** - For our win-win teleworking policy; - Because we recognize the skills of our employees and help them gain autonomy in their role; - For our comprehensive insurance plan and our VRSP; - For our team spirit and collaborative work methods; - And, of course, to work on a team with people who are passionate about communication **_ About Megalexis communications Inc._** Megalexis communications is a bright work environment with equally bright colleagues.
