**You as a Planner and Scheduler will**:

- Be responsible for managing the planning and scheduling for 6-12 live projects from cradle to grave as well as helping with Pursuits.
- Never run out of things to learn, ever You will be learning constructability skills as well as interpersonal skills, i.e. how to lead without authority.
- Have the opportunity to create value-add initiatives that may be rolled out across the company if they are simple and effective.
- Maintain a master schedule for each project and identify and record the impact of work performed according to the schedule.
- Evaluate construction progress and provide regular schedule updates and schedule narrative.
- Gather and interpret project data from both internal and external sources.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You are a high-performing individual with 3+ years of field experience in construction (Superintendent, PM, Field Engineer or similar), who love to build but would like a more aggressive career path.
- You are a detail-oriented individual who loves to collaborate, share knowledge, find problems before they happen, and are 100% committed to helping our project teams succeed in every way.
- You have a creative edge and can contribute to the highly innovative group that exists currently.
- You have experience with Primavera P6 - the industry standard for scheduling programs. This is a preferred requirement and training can be provided if needed.
