Page 1 Management Inc. is now hiring an **entry level Sales & Customer Service Representative** to join our team in the Etobicoke office

We are an expanding and rapidly growing marketing company, we currently work with one of the largest F&B distributor on the Canadian Market and are looking to hire a passionate and driven **Sales & Customer Service Representative **to help us coordinate sales and support our Sales teams in the assigned locations.

**Sales & Customer Service Representative will be trained to**:

- Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Provide product information and answer questions about features, pricing, and availability
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with promotional marketing campaigns for clients
- Assist with event promotions, public relations and merchandising
- Acquire clients through excellent brand consulting and face to face sales
- Assist with the schedule of the events and the territory assignment

**Required skills and qualifications of the Sales & Customer Service Representative**:

- Ability to learn basic sales and marketing skills, must be coachable
- Fun and outgoing personality
- Strong people skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with a team as well as individually
- Performance driven and goal oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- G2/G Licensed driver with a personal vehicle (preferred)

This is a **full-time, permanent **position. Comprehensive training and development programs are offered along with a **guaranteed base pay and performance bonuses**. **Salary**: From $33,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M9W 6R4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- The shift available starts at 10:30AM and ends at 7:30PM, Mon-Fri. Will you be comfortable working these Full Time hours as required?
- Do you own a personal vehicle to travel to daily?

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
