**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper merchandising of products.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and record keeping.
- Conduct regular administrative tasks such as reporting sales data and managing budgets.

- Proficient in cash handling with strong numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software.
- Strong background in store management with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience.
- Administrative skills for effective reporting and documentation processes.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Experience in sales management is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.24-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)

- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
