Finders Seekers Thrift Store in Sardis/Vedder requires an enthusiastic and dynamic Associate to join our team.

The right applicant will have supervisory/ management experience, with great communication skills and leads by example.

You must be available to work Friday to Tuesday.

You are friendly and helpful and give excellent customer service. You are willing to go the extra mile to help customers find what they are looking for, and can asses their needs and offer helpful suggestions.

You are a multi-tasker and can appropriately prioritize tasks, delegating them to team members, and overseeing their completion.

You must be willing and physically able to lift boxes, help carry and move cumbersome and sometimes heavy merchandise, and use a ladder to hang pictures or handle stock.

You must be able to operate a debit/credit machine and cash register, and be willing to follow established cash-handling procedures.

You are a team player and can collaborate with others on pricing and organizing merchandise.

You have merchandising experience and can effectively create attractive and cohesive store displays, maintaining and ensuring tidy and sensible organization of store merchandise.

You are a self-starter and take initiative on a variety of tasks.

You are a critical thinker and are capable of thinking quickly on your feet to calmly handle unexpected situations with ease.

Duties include: overseeing sorting through donations, pricing merchandise, keeping the store clean and tidy, organizing items and keeping them in their proper place,ensuring store displays look great, greeting and assisting customers, handling cash transactions, managing cash-out procedures, overseeing and supporting staff, resolving customer complaints/concerns, dealing with unexpected situations as they arise.

We are open every day 10 to 5 and have one full-time position available.

**Salary**: $41,600, 40-45 hrs/week

Pay: $41,600.00 per year
