**Insurance Coordinator**

Morison Insurance is seeking a team member who exemplifies and believes in our values to join our team as an **Insurance Coordinator,** in our Digital Sales department

Morison Insurance is a family-owned and operated business, owned by Fred and Jill Morison, with roots in the greater Hamilton region dating back to 1895. Over the past 30 years, our company has grown from one office in downtown Hamilton with three employees, to eight offices hosting more than 100 employees across Southern Ontario. Morison Insurance has a product offering that includes business insurance, commercial auto, personal home and car insurance, recreational insurance, and more.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Responding to digitally generated insurance leads in a timely manner.
- Using an award-winning lead management system to manage incoming leads.
- Pre-qualifying potential clients for the Digital Sales Team.
- Complying with insurance standards and working with our in-house underwriting guidelines.
- Following new sales procedures.
- Documenting conversation and correspondence with customers and insurance companies.
- Providing outstanding customer service.

**Skills & **Requi**r**ements** **For** You **To** Succeed**
- RIBO license required or willing to obtain
- Other industry designations such as CAIB or CIP would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Confidence speaking directly with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Determined and driven nature
- G-level driver’s license
