Role Summary:_**

Chubb’s GTA team is currently recruiting an Installation Supervisor who will be a self-starter, with a proven record of successfully managing large and complex projects for national and multinational companies in Canada. They must have an excellent entrepreneurial mindset, and be able to work inter-divisional in a fast-moving environment to deliver projects on time and on budget. They must be an effective communicator able to provide clear and concise updates to leadership and technically competent to give field employees and subcontractors work direction.

Key Job Responsibilities:_**
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to technicians and ensure Technicians are trained on procedures and conduct site visits.
- Supervise technicians and subcontractors by verifying timesheets, expenses reports, etc.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Ensures financial KPI’s are followed and met. Proposes alternative solutions and actions when required
- Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables
- Define quality expectations and targets
- Ensure and coordinate internal and third parties/vendors resources
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance activities
- Track project progress and measure performance, report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Works closely with National / Regional Sales and Project teams to create best in class customer experience
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge on products and services in the fire and security industry
- Provide leadership and support in maintaining EH&S policies, and documentation along with conducting audits and training

Qualifications:_**
- Solid technical understanding of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Intercom, Panic/Duress, Nurse Call, RTLS, and other related systems
- Proven experience in delivering projects on time, within the scope, and within budget
- 5 + years of Security Project Management
- Strong knowledge of ULC Standards, Building Codes, NFPA, and other life safety information
- Valid provincial drivers license required

- PMP certification is a plus
