**Sandblaster/Painter Job Description**

**Job Overview**:
Join our team as an Experienced Sandblaster/Painter in Estevan S.K where you will be a key player in preparing surfaces for painting and restoration projects. As a Sandblaster, you will utilize your expertise in sandblasting and Painting techniques to clean, restore, and prepare various surfaces for refinishing.

**Duties**:

- Operate sandblasting equipment to remove paint, rust, dirt, and other debris from surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sandblasting to ensure proper adhesion.
- Work on industrial/commercial painting projects requiring sandblasting services.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and project timelines,
- Utilize power tools and equipment proficiently to achieve desired results.
- Caulk and rig surfaces as needed for sandblasting procedures.
- Follow schematics and instructions to complete sandblasting & Painting tasks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the sandblasting process.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 License & able to haul Equipment Trailers
- Experience in industrial/commercial painting is a MUST
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, work alone and in a fast paced environment..
- Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment used in sandblasting.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for surface preparation.
- Ability to restore surfaces effectively through sandblasting procedures.
- Understanding of industrial/commercial painting projects requiring sandblasting services.
