**Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience & Certification**: Journeyman **Autobody Red Seal** certification preferred, with **3+ years of experience** as a Body Shop Painter or Auto-Body Technician.
- **Valid Driver’s License**: A **clean driver’s abstract** and unrestricted **driver’s license** are essential.
- **Proficiency with Tools**: You should be comfortable with **paint spray equipment** and have experience in **automotive prep/refinish**.
- **Mechanical Knowledge**: A solid understanding of **automotive repair** techniques and the ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: A process-driven approach is key for **delivering high-quality work** consistently.
- **Physical Capability**: You’ll need to be able to lift moderate weights and handle the physical demands of the role.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal skills for **team collaboration** and **customer interaction**.
