**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Financial Administrator** to support our growing finance and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and loves keeping financial processes running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be a key contributor in maintaining financial health across Canadian and U.S. operations, supporting compliance, and partnering across teams to drive accuracy and efficiency.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

Financial Management & Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Assist with monthly reconciliations and preparation of financial reports
- Support the CFO with expense management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking
- Ensure timely tax filings (GST, PST, payroll remittances, etc.)
- Track deferred revenue and ensure accurate recognition across contract periods

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Track and report on budget variances

Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Support internal and external reporting needs
- Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, client success, and operations to align financial processes
- Support contract, vendor, and client billing analysis

Internal Controls & Process Improvements
- Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure accuracy and reduce risk
- Help onboard and optimize financial systems and automation tools

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role is preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and CRM (Sage Intacct and Salesforce are preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or fast-growing environment is an asset

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
