Do you have a proven track record of completing project management or preconstruction tasks for interior renovation projects of 10,000 sq ft to 125,000 sq ft.? Are you experienced working with engineers, sub-contractors, architects, and interior designers? Do you love all the details that come with managing interior renovation work?

**Responsibilities**
- Create proposals and scope of work for clients to sign off on and the design and construction teams to work from to create successful projects
- Lead needs analysis for technical aspects of the project to ensure all needs are discovered and met in the design and build process
- Responsible to develop and the pre-construction schedule and estimate
- Responsible for clear communication of needs and requirements to the design-build team, including consultants and engineers
- Lead the project after sales through design, estimating, and, permitting, and tendering for a complete handover to construction
- Work collaboratively with the team throughout the life of the project
- Maintain client relationships and create repeat and referral business

**Required Experience and Skills**
- Degree or Diploma in business, construction management, communications, interior design, or architectural technology
- 5+ years of successfully leading the pre-construction for interior design and/or construction
- Design education is an asset
- Experience working in a distributed work environment is an asset
- Class five driver’s license and able to drive to client meetings and complete site visits
- Excellent communication - both verbal and written
- Team-focused - able to create and maintain valuable relationships with team members and clients
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven
- Firm grasp of numbers and experience creating proposals that work for both the client and the company
- Works well with people and in a team environment, but is also able to work alone and get things done with little supervision
