The role:

- Surface prep and grinding our parts prior to coating
- Loading and unloading parts using a crane
- Detailed inspection of the parts to ensure internal quality standards are met

Skills you bring:

- Good English written and oral communication skills
- Able to operate a handheld grinder and other power tools as required
- Able to work independently while maintaining required output
- Must be able to read and interpret production drawings and procedures
- Must be able to be certified as a forklift operator and overhead crane operator
- Able to lift 50 pounds routinely throughout the day
- Lean Manufacturing including 5S knowledge and experience will be considered an asset

We take our team’s safety seriously so you will be required to always wear proper PPE including steel toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection and respirators where needed. We offer on-the-job training, competitive wages, and a company culture that you won’t find anywhere else.

**Salary**: $18.00-$32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
