**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Set up buffet stations and replenish items as needed throughout service hours
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly guest relations
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and payments
- Buss tables promptly and manage guest requests efficiently
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food handling and preparation
- Restock supplies and ensure the breakfast area remains organized and inviting
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery of orders
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred; kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation, meal presentation, and basic cooking skills preferred
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed; availability for breakfast shifts required
- Friendly demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork
