**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency across all departments.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, promoting professional development and teamwork.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communication.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management review.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
