Coquitlam, Canada Budget T-Shirt Full time

**Budget T-shirt** is a warehouse that imports T-shirts to Canada local clothing retailers and printing. Some of the retailers are local souvenir retailers, American Apparel, schools, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the manager in daily operations, planning, and coordination of printing and processing online orders
- Supervise and coordinate printing workers to ensure production tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor workflow and resolve production issues promptly
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and the production team to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
- Support the manager in developing management strategies and cost-control solutions
- Maintain accurate records of materials, production schedules, and order status
- Provide regular progress reports and improvement suggestions to management
- Assist with marketing materials or social media updates when needed
- Learn and assist with basic printing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Experience in local apparel, printing, trading or manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of cost control and workflow optimization
- Fluent in English; other languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean) are an asset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on attitude
- Fluent in both Chinese and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
