Based in our Place de la Cité offices and reporting to the Senior Director of Property Management, here are the main responsibilities of your new position as Property Coordinator:
- Support the Operations Department with property management tasks;
- Ensure excellence in customer service and handle client requests and special needs, namely those of tenants;
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant complaints and/or various requests;
- Meet with tenants and conduct property inspections across the portfolio;
- Respond to specific organizational requests (support with refinancing, lease coordination and summaries, special tenant requests, government assistance projects, certifications, and grant research, etc.);
- Assist the Operations team with budget processes;
- Coordinate communications with tenants and other external partners;
- Assist the Leasing Department with tours of available spaces;
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs;
- Maintain the lease abstract register up to date;
- Draft forms and template documents;
- Manage documentation and various administrative procedures;
- Perform any other related duties.
**Qualifications**:
- College diploma in Office Administration;
- CPM or FMP certification (an asset);
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, specifically in real estate;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
