We’re looking for an experienced **Automotive Commercial Account Manager** who knows the Ford brand, understands the business-to-business world, and already has a strong client base to build on.

**About the Opportunity**

This isn’t an entry-level sales role — it’s an opportunity to take your **Ford and commercial experience** to the next level with one of Canada’s top-performing Ford dealerships. You’ll be responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of business clients while delivering the exceptional service Sherwood Ford is known for.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage and expand relationships with commercial and fleet customers.
- Build new business through networking, referrals, and community connections.
- Provide expert guidance on Ford’s commercial lineup — from Super Duty to Transit and everything in between.
- Collaborate with our finance, service, and parts teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Represent Sherwood Ford at business events and industry functions.

**What You Bring**

**Ford Dealership experience** - You know the products, programs, and processes inside and out.
**Automotive experience** - Minimum 3 years in a dealership sales or account management role.
**An existing client base** - You’ve already built strong business relationships and are ready to grow them further.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your time and accounts effectively.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

**Commission-Based Pay Plan**: Earn between **$80,000 and $200,000+ annually**, based on performance and results.
