Levitt-Safety Lachine is seeking an experienced and fully bilingual Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have experience delivering legendary customer service in a business-to-business (B2B) product distribution environment, strong computer skills and want to join a company where you can truly build your career, we want to talk to you

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process orders and manage all steps to meet customer demands
- Build customer relations with legendary problem-solving skills
- Work effectively with Field Sales and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of the sales cycle and ensure all quotes are received favorably
- Be proficient with daily use of Salesforce CRM to update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities, to manage customer account growth and have viable sales pipelines
- Upsell, promote products & services, and ask important questions to customers to search for other potential opportunities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
- Daily call-ins to our house account customers to offer our products and services and continue to build relationships and sales of house accounts and inside sales accounts
- Regularly quoting public bids and maintaining efficient communication and support between the regional field sales reps to quote on all the government public bid opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS
- Technically savvy and proficient in Outlook, MS Office and Order Processing systems & CRM tools
- Passion for customer support and building relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Communicate effectively and be naturally courteous with a professional phone manner
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Must be fully bilingual in English & French
