**Innovative Metal Works (IMW) is a family-owned and operated steel fabrication company specializing in miscellaneous and structural steel. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service, we are currently seeking an experienced Steel Detailer to join our team immediately.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce precise shop drawings for fabrication and field installation of steel elements such as stairs, railings, beams, and columns
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and fabricators to resolve design and detailing issues
- Use AutoCAD and Bluebeam effectively; Tekla Structures experience is a strong asset
- Ensure all detailing work meets applicable codes, standards, and company quality requirements
- Deliver work within project deadlines and maintain consistent documentation

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in steel detailing, particularly in miscellaneous and structural steel
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam is required
- Familiarity with Tekla Structures is preferred
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes and detailing standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to start as soon as possible
