Front Server/food Runner

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are complete and presented beautifully before serving to guests.
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Operate POS systems for order entry and processing transactions when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Uphold high standards of food handling, cleanliness, and safety throughout the restaurant.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, including roles such as server, barista, or kitchen staff.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is important for maintaining a safe dining environment.
