**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using various materials such as two ply bitumen, shingles, metal, and tiles.
- Perform inspections to identify roof issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to complete roofing tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation according to specifications.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and general laborers, to complete projects efficiently.
- Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of roofing materials safely on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a related maintenance person role is preferred.
- Familiarity with various roofing materials and techniques is essential.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Knowledge of safety protocols when working at heights is crucial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $21.72-$42.61 per hour
