The Inventory Analyst will be working closing with the Director of Logistics and Warehouses’ Managers on overseeing and controlling inventory transactions. In this role, you will be accountable for inventory audits and maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the supply chain. In this position, you'll communicate effectively and influence and demonstrate leadership behaviors that are consistent with Moe’s values and high performance.

**WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Create inventory reports and highlight key risks and opportunities
- Document and investigate inventory discrepancies (damaged, returned, rewrapped, “orphaned” inventory)
- Monitor and control inventory accuracy and integrity (receiving, order fulfillment)
- Own daily cycle count activities and work with the teams on the floor to undertake physical investigations and required adjustments in SAP
- Provide daily discrepancies by location and inventory ID. Report findings daily to CS, Warehouse Manager, and Logistics team
- Perform level one root cause analysis (origin of discrepancies and physical verifications) for inventory specialists to resolve
- Follow indications to ensure our inventory transfers are being properly executed and performed.
- Analyze customers claims (damages) trends - Runners, Repeaters, Strangers
- Track “orphan” items (parts ETA)
- Own corporate and business partners inventory reconciliations
- Own periodic inventory adjustments in SAP
- Prepare periodic reports
- Highlight key risks and opportunities
- Work with finance department on financial aspect of inventory adjustments
- Recommend and implement inventory controls (system and physical)
- Identify opportunities for improvement to increase inventory accuracy and integrity
- Maintain inventory landed cost in ERP system

**THE EXPERIENCE OF A STRONG CANDIDATE**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Certified inventory management degree (i.e. APICS) preferred
- Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory and traffic functions and terminology
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures with respect to inventory management
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to handle large volumes and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail; organization, completeness, and accuracy
- Good analytical skills with problem-solving ability
- Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results
