about the role
The Inventory Control Analyst will work at the center of our business, create and improve processes and controls, maintain data integrity, reporting and analysis for our inventory in Retail and Distribution. The Inventory Control Analyst will play a pivotal role in coordinating, analyzing and reporting on the company s inventory control processes and will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy at our global stores
responsibilities
- Deliver product ownership on inventory intelligence and inventory health reporting within specified region.
- Manages relationships cross-functionally with RFID, inventory systems, finance, retail operations and internal/external audit.
- Executes financial inventory adjustments for retail locations.
- Control operator for inventory related SOX controls.
- Manage UAT for system changes impact financial system (RMS).
qualifications
- University degree, project management an asset, lean six sigma as asset.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with business operational experience relating to inventory.
- PowerBI and Microsoft excel expertise and ability to work efficiently with large/complex data files.
- Executive level reporting and presentation experience.
- Experience owning SOX controls as the control operator.
