We Are Expanding, Adding two more receptionist to our team who needs to work with 9 receptionists.

We currently have a job opportunity for aMedical Receptionist to join our front desk team.

**Professional Skills**:

- Must be able to work together with the team, and on your own to manage patient flow and keep the office running efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to small details is a requirement
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and take initiative on tasks
- Computer skills an asset as patient charts are electronic
- Knowledge of faxing, scanning and filing electronically
- Excellent English verbal and non-verbal communication/written skills
**Summary of Duties**:

- Calling and booking patients for consultation and surgery and provide pre-operative instructions
- Answer incoming calls. Provide general information, take messages, and direct callers to appropriate party or voice mail box.
- Accurately and professionally document in patient chart
- It is essential to maintain a professional & compassionate appearance and demeanor at all times
- Reporting to the general manager, and asking for assistance from nurses when task is unclear
- Punctual and on time
- Maintain a clean work environment for staff and patients
. _Weekdays: Mondays TO Fridays 8:00 am - 6:00 pm(Max 10 hours per day), Saturdays 8:00am-4:00pm(Alternative)_
