Our services provided include X-Ray, Bone Mineral Densitometry, Mammography (OBSP), General Ultrasound, Obstetric Ultrasound, Vascular Ultrasound, and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.

Position Available:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team at our flagship location in Midland.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to telephone calls and emails with professionalism (Patient bookings, follow up calls)
  • Facilitate patient flow by notifying staff of patient's arrival or delay
  • Respond to patients, prospective patients, and visitor inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Keep medical office supplies adequately stocked
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception area, waiting room and exam rooms

Certifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with medical terminology would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Radiant/PACS and booking software is an asset
  • Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
