We are excited to announce the search for a dynamic **Chief of Staff** who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of patient care at the hospital. This is a vibrant leadership opportunity that goes beyond maintaining standards—it's about boosting them and nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation in healthcare.

**The Position**

As the **Chief of Staff**, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, with significant responsibilities spanning across clinical and medical services. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, your mandate will be to drive strategic and operational leadership in clinical service delivery, aligning with the hospital's mission to advance health and wellness across the community. This role is centered on spearheading clinical excellence, elevating patient care standards, and initiating cutting-edge projects that enhance operational efficacy. You will champion the integration of innovative technology systems to streamline operations and transform the patient experience with an unwavering focus on excellence, quality improvement, and best practices. Your leadership will ensure BGH’s continued commitment to the quality and safety of exceptional medical care in accordance with the Public Hospitals Act, by-laws, and policies established by the Board of Directors. Furthermore, you will support and empower a physician engagement and participation strategy that reinforces diversity, inclusivity, accountability, and patient-centeredness.
