We are looking for an energetic General Labourer with a background working in the Epoxy Flooring industry to join our dynamic team at Epoxy Experts

**A Typical Day**

As part of the team, this position requires someone who also takes ownership of the business and has the leadership skill set to take care of the company. As a member of our team, you will be working with assigned jobs, and building your own success by knocking making sure that the jobs are completed with the highest standard and completed on time.

**As a General Labourer, you will**
- Need to have a vehicle
- Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered
- Grind the concrete floor first
- Vacuum floors to remove dust
- Calculate the amount of epoxy needed
- Mix the epoxy correctly before applying
- Install epoxy floor covering using rollers and other hand tools
- Inspect and repair damaged epoxy floor coverings

**Let’s talk Compensation**
- Following the training salary, if you are effective you will earn a 30% Bump in Salary. There will be bonuses paid at the end of each month based on performance

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
