**Responsibilities**:
Assist the welders / fabricators on the shop floor

Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop

Moving tools, equipment, and other materials

Cleaning work areas and equipment

Assisting the parts department

Parts runs, washing equipment

General yard clean up and maintenance

Other duties as required

Qualifications:
Previous general labour or shop helper experience in a similar environment

Possess a mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in heavy truck equipment

Welding experience an asset

Valid Driver's License required

Forklift ticket an asset

Ability to lift at least 80 lbs, as the work will be physical on a regular basis

Steel toe boots required

Must be a hard worker, self-motivated with organization and cleanliness being the key focus

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
