**The Role**:
**The Tasks**:

- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish business requirements
- Translate business specifications into technical requirements
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications
- Define, coordinate, and execute testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
- Review and document processes and assess recommendations for new solutions, improvements and/or enhancements to related processes and procedures via the use of technology
- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
- Work within the company standard processes, including Change Management, Incident Management and Project Management Methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL Server queries, PowerShell and PowerBI
- Develop a common understanding of service level expectations with the business areas and regularly review the business areas’ measures and impressions of service level delivery; work collaboratively to develop solutions to bridge the gaps
- Desktop support as necessary
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong desire to learn, improve and to assist others

**The Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Systems Technology or a Bachelor's degree in Computer science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
- Well-versed knowledge of foundational Microsoft technologies: Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, Windows, M365 Administration
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Experience in SQL Server administration, PowerBI and PowerShell scripting
- ERP & Manufacturing Experience would be considered an asset.
