**Need to Have**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a fine dining serving or bartending role
- A passion for food and cocktails
- Knowledge of various cocktail and drink mixes
- The ability to think on your feet in fast-paced environments
- High service standards and drive to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Smart Serve Certification
- Food Handlers Certificate (not mandatory, but an asset)

**Duties Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to provide memorable dining experiences, exceeding our guests’ expectations
- To have full knowledge of all food and beverage menus and all other special promotions
- Knowledge of and ability to mix and create a variety of cocktails
- Interest and ability to create new and creative cocktail menus
- Serve, clear and reset tables in a timely manner and assist with in-room dining orders
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked environment for our guests
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the restaurant policies, procedures and service standards
- Familiarity and experience with P.O.S.
- Ensure effective working relationships and clear communication with all colleagues and leaders in the restaurant and other departments
- Follow the restaurant’s telephone etiquette standards
- Constant walking, standing, bending, pushing and pulling throughout shift; occasional lifting and carrying up to 20-30 lbs
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$23.29 per hour
