Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders & Servers to join our team. As a Bartender/Server you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes to maintain consistency in drink quality
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication and ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
