**Join Our Team - Automotive Service Advisor/Manager**

G&I Automotive, a trusted and locally owned garage in the heart of Kanata for over 20 years, is looking to welcome a **Service Advisor/Manager** to our growing team.

We’re known for our exceptional service, honest advice, and long-standing customer relationships - and we’re looking for someone who can lead our front-of-house operations with that same level of dedication.

**What You’ll Do**
- Be the first point of contact for customers, building trust and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Listen to customers’ needs, explain recommended services, and provide accurate estimates
- Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow to maximize efficiency
- Communicate clearly between customers and technicians to ensure quality work and timely updates
- Maintain accurate service records and manage invoicing/payment processing
- Support a positive, respectful, and solutions-focused team environment

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to explain technical information in clear, customer-friendly language
- Strong organizational skills to balance scheduling, follow-ups, and shop operations
- A team-first mindset, focused on delivering outstanding service every time

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
