JOB OVERVIEW

Oversee meal period service for our guests and ensure a quality dining experience. Provide excellence in guest satisfaction with the highest food quality standards and service. Prepare food and beverage for the Element Rise and Element Relax brand standards. Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas.

Element Server is a non-gratuity position. All increases for future will follow the current CBA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dependable and prompt, arriving on time and ready to work in a clean uniform and wearing a nametag.
- Work in constant collaboration with culinary associates both front and back of house for total execution of the Element brand dining experience.
- Greet all guests upon arrival in a prompt and professional manner and ensure is an Element guest who is granted access to Element Dinning Room.
- Prepare food and beverages service stations according to established health and presentation brand standards.
- Individually package food items for safe consumption at themed food station located in area of the Element dining room.
- Maintain lobby coffee and tea station per Element brand standards by replenishing throughout shift.
- Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner. Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, floors, and all other surfaces, as necessary.
- Perform side-duties, and any other opening or closing responsibilities as required.
- Ensure that server stations are clean, organized and maintained throughout shift.
- Conduct a daily inventory of food, supplies and tools required for daily operation. Advise management at the end of each shift.
- Alert management of any service and/or safety issues. Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned in carrying out your duties, you will follow all Company and Brand Standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Basic reading and writing. Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations.

This job requires ability to perform the following:

- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Remain stationary for extended periods of time
- Moving about the restaurant
- Handling food objects; plates, trays, glasses, etc.
- Bending, stooping, kneeling

Other:

- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, wait staff, cooks, and supervisor.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
- Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when, completing paperwork, etc.
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
