If you answered _**"Yes"**_ to these questions, you need to apply **Responsibilities**: - Manage the finance and insurance department of the dealership - Work closely with sales team to finalize vehicle sales and ensure accurate completion of all necessary paperwork - Calculate and present financing options to customers, including interest rates and monthly payment plans - Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions to secure favorable financing rates for customers - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and insurance processes - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the finance and insurance process **Skills**: - Strong knowledge of financial services, particularly in a dealership setting - Excellent mathematical skills for calculating financing options and interest rates - Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for customers - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers throughout the finance and insurance process **Requirements**: - Active OMVIC in GREAT STANDING - Proven experience in F&I Management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team - Proficiency in using CRM systems - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals - **Why work for the Willowdale Auto Group?**_ **At the Willowdale Auto Group we want you to succeed We create an environment where work feels like home away from home.
