Job description
**THE WORK**
We are looking for skilled tradesman with experience in formwork who are willing to work across Ontario at various jobsites. Duties will include but never limited to:
- Take direction from Crew Leaders and Project Managers
- Familiar with cast in place concrete pool shell construction
- Experience working with Meva/Symons/Perry forms
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Report on progress
- Ability to safely use machinery and equipment (skid steer & excavator)
**THE SKILLS**
- 1-5 years trade experience required
- Experience with swimming pool construction considered an asset
- Clean driver’s abstract, background check, and drug test
- Excellent safety record
- Working at Height training
- Trained in equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent logical analysis, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Deadline driven
- Technologically literate
- Good physical condition and stamina

**Salary**: $29.00-$39.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
