**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct and assemble wooden structures, including walls, floors, and roofs according to blueprints and specifications.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing framing materials.
- Perform siding installation and concrete finishing tasks as required by project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Restore and maintain existing structures as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Execute concrete forming tasks to create foundations and other structural elements.

**Skills**
- Proficient in building techniques and methods.
- Experience with siding installation and concrete finishing.
- Ability to weld when necessary for specific projects.
- Knowledge of drywall installation processes.
- Strong skills in operating power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in construction tasks.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills for accurate project execution.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
