**About Us**: BreakThrough Counselling is a trauma-informed counselling clinic that specializes in helping individuals navigate trauma through a nervous system-focused approach. We combine somatic work with therapeutic modalities to empower clients on their healing journey. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming, and effective environment for healing and growth, and we’re looking for an exceptional administrative assistant to join us on the ground floor and help us build something meaningful.

We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and proactive Administrative Assistant who will help us create systems, provide exceptional service to our clients, and support the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This role will be key in establishing a warm, efficient, and professional atmosphere while also contributing to the growth of the clinic. **Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Support**: Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and safe as they enter our space.
- **Scheduling & Client Management**: Schedule appointments, manage calendars for multiple therapists, and help clients book sessions.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in creating social media posts, blog content, and newsletters. Help grow our online presence and engage with the community to raise awareness about the clinic.
- **Systems & Processes**: Collaborate with the clinic owner to implement efficient systems for client intake, billing, and scheduling. Assist in creating automated systems for time-saving and smoother operations.
- **Client Intake & Administration**: Manage paperwork and digital files, ensuring all client information is confidential, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy regulations.
- **General Office Support**: Help with maintaining the clinic’s environment, ensuring everything is stocked and organized.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior administrative experience, ideally in a therapy or wellness clinic environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
