Halifax, Canada Mosaik Properties Full time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **Residential Manager** to join our team at a well-maintained 86-unit residential property in **Clayton Park**. This is a **full-time, live-in** position, with **on-site housing provided**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance & Repairs**
- Perform daily cleaning of common areas (lobby, hallways, shared spaces).
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior grounds with regular property inspections.
- Conduct minor repairs and upkeep as needed.

**Tenant Relations & Unit Turnover**
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs efficiently.
- Conduct unit inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs between tenancies.
- Ensure compliance with building rules and overall property security.

**Building Operations**
- Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, security).
- Conduct regular security checks and maintain appliance inventory.
- Coordinate with service providers for maintenance or emergencies.

**Communication & Administration**
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents and contractors.
- Distribute building notices and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate tenant files and property records.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience as a **building superintendent** or in **property management** preferred.
- **Knowledge of general maintenance tasks** including plumbing, painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
- Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, security monitoring).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook).

- Self-motivated and well-organized.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning and light maintenance duties.

**Housing included** as part of the compensation package.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,500.77-$45,000.00 per year
