IT Asset Management Lead - Montreal, Quebec

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement Asset Management processes for Hardware and software license management processes (inventory, usage and procurement reconciliation).
- Oversee activities of the team and provide direction
- Build and drive strategy to mature the Asset Management service
- Ensure delivery of the service according to the service agreement
- Conduct analysis, prepare reports and work on project implementation
- Advise client on asset management and function as Subject Matter Expert
- Develop, maintain and execute asset management program including: processes, procedures, tools, and reporting of hardware as well as software assets
- Provide ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding health of the environment, enhancements, innovations and secure network solutions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT Asset Management area
- Proven experience leading global services within challenging and complex environments, and possess the ability to work effectively across multiple groups and stakeholders, particularly executives
- Superior knowledge of Hardware and Software Asset Management
- Intermediate knowledge on complex licensing publishers IBM, Oracle, Microsoft
- Experience working within global teams
- An Industry Certification such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP)
- Experience in project management and customer management
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Solid analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to learn new technologies, tools and processes quickly
- Graduate in any discipline (technical field preferred)

**Preferences**
- Experience using Flexnet Manager Platform or ServiceNow
- ITIL certification
- Experience working in a managed services environment
