Black Tusk Fire & Security Inc. is hiring a full time Project Coordinator at our Whistler location. Reporting to the Sprinkler Department Manager, the Project Coordinator will liaise with technicians and clients to handle a range of administrative duties and provide support where needed.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager with upcoming project sourcing, client follow up, invoicing, and engineering requests
- Review, organize and schedule technicians' calendars
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll time cards
- Manage inventory and stock levels for technician supplies and tools

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role/related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Possess the ability to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties and prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings
- Knowledge of the construction industry and current development areas within the Sea to Sky corridor is considered an asset

**Hours**: Full-time, 40-hour week Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (flex hours available after probation)

**Wage**: Dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
