Our Company has been in business since 1979 with Commercial and Industrial Projects once generating the majority of our contracting business. Since then, we have continued to successfully expand into the Institutional, Insurance Restoration and Residential sectors.

Residential

Since the 1990's we have successfully branched into the Residential sector, by completing a wide range of Custom Homes and various Residential Renovations.

Our success includes and extends beyond the construction of the traditional Single-Family home. Our projects include both Single and Multi-Family homes with luxury finishes and both small and high caliber renovations and remodels.

The primary focus of Richard D. Steele Construction (1979) Ltd. is the commitment to meet your needs. New Industrial Projects and Renovations have been our success and vibrant growth for all these years.

Insurance

Since the mid 2000's we have successfully been handling various insurance restoration projects, from fire & smoke damage repairs (for partial and total fire loss), emergency board-up, water extraction and water damage restoration and structural stabilization.

We will be there to assist and ensure that your needs and requirements are met and will answer any questions you have about the process.

We are ready and willing to help assist in getting your home and life back to normal as quickly and safely as possible.
