**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri and rolls, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Stay updated on current food trends and continuously seek ways to improve menu offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests when appropriate and accommodating special requests.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation.
- A passion for cooking and creating unique sushi dishes that delight customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
